EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

ildeswimwear wants you to be entirely happy with your new purchase therefore we will offer a full exchange or refund on items 30 days from the date of shipping excluding sale items. Items must be returned in original packaging and have all labels still attached and hygienic strips must still be attached.

If you have any type of issue with the merchandise received please contact us via email prior to returning to see if we can address the issue depending on the circumstance. 

Sale items can not be returned, these sales are final, refund applies to full price purchases only within the required time zone of shipping

We kindly ask for hygiene reasons that all bottoms are tried on over your own undergarments .

Refunds on full price items will be credited to the payment method used at time of purchase.

We are happy to make exceptions on returns due to shipping delays (with valid proof) outside of the USA .

All returns or exchanges must be mailed back using a prepaid envelope and require a tracking identification number of some form such as, FedEx, UPS or insured parcel postage, customers outside of the US will be responsible for any extra cost for exchanges as well as any taxes and/or duties in regards to your order.
